New Fortress Energy Completes Acquisition of Golar LNG Partners LP and GMLP was delisted from the NYSE on 15th May 2021. Larus Holding Limited, a 50/50 joint venture between Leif Höegh & Co. Ltd. and Funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, announced on 4th May 2021 the completion of the acquisition by way of amalgamation of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd.
